When I access my Microsoft Account at the http://commerce.microsoft.com/ web site I see a drop down at the top, as shown in this screenshot:
Why do I have a "CA - Personal Account", a "CA - Business Account 1", a "CA - Business Account 2", and a "US - Personal Account"?
I recently had two XBOX Avatar Items disappear from my account - they were withdrawn from the store - and I contacted XBOX Support. I had the items credited to my account and they, plus a recent avatar purchase, appear under the "US - Personal Account". Shortly after this, as documented in another thread, my Windows Phone 8 Wallet became corrupted:
I have two payment options on my account, a Visa and my PayPal. Rogers is the name of my cell carrier in Canada, and should not be there.
What has happened? Why do I have so many "accounts" under my Microsoft Account?
Does Microsoft suppose to ask you for your user name and pass word to your personal account?
Because I have one from Microsoft asking me for all my personal info including passwords and user names
And also date of birth, and also where I live . email me back to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Is there a new way to view my previously linked business account & personal account with out having to sign out & sign back in now that that option is gone. I want to keep the contacts separate & do not want to merge. But I need to be able to check both with ease. I tried minimizing one account but outlook will not let you have to open at the same time. I don't want to forward the business to personal unless I can keep the business account
when I need to send from those contacts only.
During purchase I was asked to verify my student status through my college and to do that I just need to put my college email. Received a verification email, click on the link and succesfully verified my status.
After the purchase was made I was surprise to find out that 25gb skydrive is not credited to my personal account I used for purchase but instead on my college account which I don't use on my surface..
Why is that? That 25gb will be useless as apparently the skydrive app is link to the login account on my surface which is my personal account not my college account..
Anyway to transfer my skydrive credits? It's the major reason I decided to buy office 365 in the first place and now I cant even use it.
