I receive the following error message when accessing https://account.live.com/editprof.aspx:

We're unable to retrieve information for this section at this time. We're sorry for the inconvenience, please try again later.

I can't modify my personal info. Please help

This is long time issue and not yet resolved. Please don't give standard answer and check my account as this is account specific issue

Sub : problem with Family set up .

Thanks for your suggestion that as before that i ask u the question and for that u given the reply and and i tried to do changes my personal information but after that i click on the save tab but it is showing the error as The birth day you selected doesn't exist in this month. Please try again but it is my correct date of birth 16 October 1988 but i is showing the error . please solve my problem still my problem is not solved

Being able to edit your personal info may not help you.

The time field in my person info says Singapore, but the incoming message time stamps are in GMT, and it doesn't even indicate that it is GMT.

Makes one wonder what the point was of even putting any entry in this field.

Does Microsoft suppose to ask you for your user name and pass word to your personal account?

Because I have one from Microsoft asking me for all my personal info including passwords and user names

And also date of birth, and also where I live . email me back to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Hi, i have updated my personal info, security question added new email address and phone no and have even change my password to a strong password. But i need confirmation that nobody had access to my outlook account because i have personal detail which may have been compromised. Anyway is there anyway that i can check ip address or any paid service to confirm me this. I really appreciate any kind of support that will bring me peace of mind. I have been waiting for so long to get a proper reply. Please help

The problems i have encountered was:

When click on Account Settings

Edit Personal Info

This words come up

I have tried to download the newest version of the browser, tried on 3 browsers, tried on different PC and laptop too, and still did not work.

Please help me

I received an email from Maintenance at Hotmail wanting my personal info to update their records. Said I would loose my account if I did not do this in 24 hrs. I deleted it as I do not believe it was from Hotmail...What do you think???

I accidentally erased a whole folder full of info. I was cleaning off my I-phone and it disappeared form my computer too.

I was trying to clean personal info from my old I-phone to send it back. I deleted a folder (family tree) and all the info it contained off my phone. It also deleted it from my computer too. Is it possible to get it back on my computer ? If so how can I do it ? Man I sure hate to loose all that important information. Please help me !!!
