My email address was hacked on 25 Apr 2014 and i still have not got back access and i cant use :( HELP!!!!

My email address was hacked on 25 Apr 2014 via hacked from Nigeria. He changed everything on my account: security question and answer, personal data and also phone number and alternative email address. I have reported this issue in that day. Also i feled in many form to get back my account but nothing happened. Hacker sent many emails to my friends, family members and also business partners and asked a hug money from them as he is me, he created a story that i lost my passport and bank card. Also he called me more time and asked money from me to get back my account.

I know which phone number and alternative email he used and also i know his IP address. I attached files to see his data and pls check my IP address and you will see i logged in from US, Hungary, Kuwait, Qatar from last years.

Pls help me to get back my email address coz many personal document and business doc are there and also information of my business partners and I do not know those. At the moment i cant log in coz password is not what i used last time and if i ask new password that is going to hacker email address or phone number.

Hi,

Is +44 7781 470 659 a legitimate phone number? When accessing either Hotmail, Norton or Yahoo Security and password settings you receive a text from +44 7781 470 659. Is this a legitimate phone number or a scammer? I tried calling this number and appeared to end up in the Sub Continent somewhere, not the UK as the +44 country code would suggest. Can anyone shed some light on this?

keep asking security code and can’t update to current cellphone number

Hi,

recently there are changes on the windows live mail / hotmail login page. Now it keep asking to input the security code.

The cellphone number that I registered with hotmail long time ago has been disconnected and I forgot to update the phone number to my current active number.

Now, it keep asking me to send the security verification code to the old phone number.

How can I change / update the phone number, so that I can receive the security code to my current cellphone number??

My husband has had his Hotmail account blocked and in spite of much trying he is failing to unblock it

IAs he can't email I have contacted online support and had a reply that they would contact me within 24 hours but have failed to do so. 

WHAT MORE CAN I DO?????????

The email address was setup  a fair number of years ago and The phone number to text the code to is no longer a valid number. Hes asked for it to be emailed to the given email, but nothing as appeared even in junk mail. Hes tried the form a number of times he's only emailed my work email to forward mail, but it didn't think our answers were good enough.

every link to recover the account always seems to gets back to the page where He has  to fill in the info hes having trouble with in the first place

He has tried to recover the password via the alternate email but not receive it, He has filled out the information to best of his knowledge.

SOMEONE must have tried to access his account for him to be in this situation but he really needs to be able to access it

Oh just to clarify this account is NOT the account he is having trouble with!!

She tried many method (phone number, reset password option and etc )to get back her account but failed. It is because her phone number that she registered before was determined. verify code problem

Yesterday my account was blocked because of some security reasons. So now i need to recover my account but i doesnt work. i did not have a sec email or a phone number filled in as it should...
i filled in a form for verification of me is really me. it was accepted. so they should sent me a code to fill in to finish the verifiction. But i only got a reset password link in my alternitve email adress but no code. i think its send to my primary email wich is blocked. So i tried the reset password link but then i need to acces my MS account wich i still blocked because i cant finish verification thing. Now i tried this a few times and now my request is blocked for 24 hours. Can someone help i really need to acces my account today.

Per the tech at Microsoft , I should post my issue on this forum.  I have an old hotmail account that I am locked out of.  I do not have the phone number or email address associated with that account.  I submitted 3 forms for help and havent gotten any.  The locked account is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***  The latest issue number is 108074262.  PLEASE help.. This is the most frustrating thing EVER!
