must provide microsoft with telephone number otherwise will lock down my hotmail account.  this is a federal disaster area in NJ and hot mail is mu communications  can you help?  many gov agencies have my e-mail account and i am waiting for replies.

There does not seem to be an option to cancel my subscription to outlook.com and cancel my recent payment.

Only option is to request Microsoft to call me back. However when I try to input my UK phone number, it insists changing

the telephone country code to +972 which is Israel. but I have not lived in Israel for over 10 years not and don't have a phone

number there, but cannot update this on my account.

Microsoft customer service please change my country from Israel to UK (see the card details are UK too) and please cancel

my subscription to outlook.exe and cancel my last payment as it's not been 30 days yet.

I am completely frustrated. I could literally scream. I've repeatedly tried everything to gain access to my old hotmail account. I created the account years ago and used it from time to time for different tasks. A couple years ago I changed the password and never updated my phone number. For 3 months now I have been trying to access it but with no success. I have followed all the proper channels. I must have done the following process - https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx about 30 times by now. I can never get any "real" human support for this. I need access to the account email because I've used the account as my email address when registering for other services. A month ago. I started getting this message and now I get no message at all. 

I NEED HELP  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NEED A REAL MICROSOFT SUPPORT PERSON TO CONTACT ME !!!!!!!!!!!

As the title says I cannot receive the verification code that was sent to my alternate email since i no longer have access to it and i cannot receive the code to the phone number since it is my old number. I have 4 days to get the code or my account will be locked. On my main email i CANNOT access the security information because it takes me to the page where it asks for a code and how i would like to receive it. Please someone help!! Basicly my account is blocked i dont know the details cant fill them out the email for the code is spelt wrong. I dont see why you dont give me an option to change the dam thing. But insted i got on live chats you tell me you have added a phone number option witch i dont see anywhere so please do somthing i need the account back as payments are going out.
I have recently purchased a Windows 8 phone. I am trying to copy my contacts from Windows Live Mail. I start by clicking on export button and choose the .csv option and create a excel file. When I go into Outlook and import the file all the contacts show up in the list but there is no information against a name, i.e. no 'phone number or e-mail address. My Microsoft Office Excel is an old version running on Windows 7. When I open the excel file all the information for the contacts is there in the fields I checked when creating the file but they seem to disappear when I import to Outlook. Is there a fault or am I doing something wrong? I am following the instructions as carefully as possible.
Dear Outlook,

I have a strange problem, I started to set up my domains at domains.live.com and then created accounts for each domains and want them forwarded to one email address.

Now the problem I'm facing is that when I go to Email Forwarding and I click "Verify your account" and complete the verification process (or by sms, or by call) everything works fine and the phone number gets added to my Security settings and the account is verified but even after that if I click again "Email Forwarding" I still get the same result saying:

This feature is currently disabled. We're trying to discourage spammers - sorry to get in your way.

Verify your account and you'll be able to use this and all other features right away.


Can you please let me know what I'm doing wrong and how I can have all my emails forwarded to one main account. This is exactly what I try to achieve:

I don't have many accounts, around 10 or so would be needed with 3 different domains, I managed to forward 2 emails for one domain but for the second domain I'm not able to do so as having this issue, it says that Thank you for verifying your account and that your phone number has been added but whatever I do it will still require me to re-validate when I click Email forwarding.

I just received a text message from "732873" that says that an email address I don't recognize has been added to my account, then a second text that says that my phone number is scheduled to be removed from my account. I didn't make any changes, so I'm not sure why information is suddenly getting altered. Has my account been compromised?

After receiving the texts, I logged into my account and changed the password, as well as cancelling the phone number removal and undoing the email addition. Is there anything else I should do? (Other than just close my Outlook account and use Gmail like everyone else.)
