New Outlook format for Hotmail

I've been forceably changed to the new format in hotmail. Can't retrive my contacts. Is there anyway to go back to the original format? A phone number I could call for help in retriving my personal contacts?

Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Hotmail right now

After signing in to my hotmail account the front page will load, it will allow me to open Skydrive but not my email.

This error message appears "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Hotmail right now".

Skydrive is still available,

I am still signed in but unable to access hotmail from any terminal I have attempted entry.

I recently, about 7 days ago, added Hotmail's app to my Android and am still able to access my email through it. The problem did not appear until yesterday, several days after adding the app to my phone.

If the app is the cause would it not have been an issue immediately upon install and sync??

I have several computer-savvy contacts, they all think I'm a dork ........ my Messenger was working fine up till Tuesday, I haven't changed anything, but now no-one knows I'm on-line ........ I just seem to be totally invisible (they tell me this, very forcibly, by mobile 'phone ) ..... I haven't changed any settings, as far as I am aware, I am still signed-in (I have tried signing-out-and-in-again, four times ... it makes no difference) ........ HELP!!!!

How can I get my account "unblocked"? No cell ##

My hotmail account has been blocked for "Unusual Activity". This started when I opened an e-mail from a friend and the subject was "private message". My friend told me that he did not send this.. I have received several more... but did not open.

I don't have a cell phone to receive a text. How can I get my account "unblocked".

My name is Steven, I am a commissioned police officer in Ohio. I use my hotmail account for alot of police business, and emails. I need help so I can get back into my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account. An app from my smart phone accessed my hotmail account, and sent out a spam message to all of my contacts. I have replied back with the 13 questions asked, and have heard nothing.
