Hope I can explain this right, but I'll give it a shot.
Just got my first Mac and have installed and setup Outlook 2011 to connect to my Exchange 2007 server. When I open Outlook, it connects to the server and downloads my e-mails. The problem is if I do something within Outlook (such as read messages, delete
them, move them to another folder, etc), those changes never get reflected back on the server. So if I were to look at my e-mail on my phone or my PC, all my e-mails appear as new and unread.
Any ideas as to what is causing this?
Hi, my windows live messenger contacts appears offline after i synch with my new phone.when i scroll my mouse over to see the contacts, their network appear as Facebook. Also when i click on the "offline" contacts they bring me to facebook and not pop up
the messenger to type to the supposingly offline person. Previously i had installed avast anti theft and i accidenly removed the sim card, and they prompt me lost phone, and asked me to type in my pin which i did successfully. I dont know if that application
auto block my messenger or what, but its still working fine before i switch my phone. I have also installed mercury msn for my android device which also show only my facebook contacts. Also i tried logging in my messenger with another computer but all the
contacts still appear as offline, only difference is that if i use another computer to sign in, i can only see my facebook category friends( all are offline as usual, but online in facebook website) and all my other contact groups are missing from that computer.
Can anyone help me?
I have tried:
-removing the messenger cache
-repairing from control panel> program and features
I have had to sign in with my fiancee's account because mine has been blocked (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) for nearly a week, so I don't even have the opportunity to question the forum. I have emailed Customer support, MSN and requested codes to be sent to my phone
7 TIMES(!) and still had no response. Every time I try to get into my account, I get stuck in a loop which takes me back to a prompt for an email that I no longer use (and yes, I have updated my hotmail acc to include an up-to-date alternative email).
I have been using Hotmail for 12 years with no problems, but this is the second time that this has happened in a month. I have been using the account to apply for jobs, and now prospective employers can not get in touch with me. Hotmail is no longer reliable and I would recommend that friends and colleagues switch to Gmail. I am VERY disappointed with the complete lack of service that has been provided.
Please be in touch with me (through my fiancee's account or my phone number) asap, before I lose out on any more job offers...

Started after previously being told i needed to supply more info to sign in ie phone number,i gave a false number(suspicious) and then wouldnt let me sign in few times then eventually signed in and now the code at top of page.Have i been hacked?.Plus seem
to get a lot of junk now.

because I get a lot of emails a day, I need to organise them in Folders ( on my computer ) and this works well. The problem is that when I drag the new emails from the Inbox to a Folder on the left side they dissappear from the server. How can I stop that? I need to have access to emails also from my mobile phone. I tried the same thing whith Thunderbird and works perfectly, so is not a server problem. Any ideeas?

When I sign into hotmail account I get the screen "a password isn't enough" and it requests phone number and alternate email address. I type in my phone number, but it says that this phone number is not valid in this country/region. The problem is that
it IS valid - people ring me on that number all the time. How do I get around this problem?
Hey everyone,
My account was compromised and I guess a lot of e-mail were sent from it. The account is currently blocked and I can't get access to it until I verify it with an e-mail to another account. The problem is that the only account listed is an old university
e-mail address that I can't access any more. I've tried e-mailing Microsoft and never get a response. Does anyone have a phone number where I can call to resolve this?

When I log in to messenger on my computer, and put my status to available, all of my contacts appear to be offline and they can't see me. I've tried to appear online to individuals and sending messages and get an error. I am able to communicate with them
using apps on my phone. I've tried reinstalling messenger and it still won't work.
Well, I no longer have access to that email, have not for 5 years now. So how do I change my alternate email address?
Everything I try to add to the account for verification purposes (a phone number, another email) well they all have to be approved by an email account that no longer exists.
If this has to do with hacking, then just say so. I can move to another provider... Since hacking is why I want to change all of this information anyway.
