Cannot Paste photos, cannot create custom view **** I. Outlook 2011. Office365

Due to a major hard rive crash. I have had to buy a new Mac and install new office 365 the new outlook 2011  is very frustrating. Would love some help 
I cannot seem to paste a photo into the body of the email. When I do it pastes over the existing text I cannot position it where I want it 
I would like to paste a photo from my own website so my clients get a nice looking comprehensive email. I do not have these photos on my hard drive I do not want to start saving web photos to my hard drive in order to do this
I have used entourage and the outlook for years. Why is this not possible.? Any suggestions?

Next issue  I cannot create a custom view that is separate as in entourage. Where I could pull up all emails in a specific category for example,  help on this too please

Editing photos in Photo Gallery

I click on a thumbnail to open a photo in Photo gallery, no problem

When I then click on Edit, Organize or Share, it opens every photo on my computer as a thumbnail

I just want to edit my one photo not every one on my computer. I cannot even find my photo as there are thousands of photos

Please help

Windows Live Photo Gallery Help

I transferred photos from my iPad to my PC by copying and pasting. Some of the photos were cropped or edited on my ipad, but on my PC only the original, unedited photo appears. When I open the photos with windows live photo gallery and crop or edit, it does not let me save my changes; "this photo cannot be saved because of a problem with the photo's file properties." Any advice on how I can edit my pictures?

mac outlook 2011 inline photo

HI, I am using Mac outlook.

I found that if someone send me a Inline photo in the email.

if I receive it by Mac outlook, in the Inbox listing,it will show the attacment Icon. But the photo is shown correctly for the inline.

but if I check this msg in webmail / PC outlook with same users,it will not show any Icon for this msg.


can Fix? or it is Mac ver problem?

Default zoom in Microsoft picture gallery

My first step in photo organisation is to take a quick look and delete the blurry photos (I will take 5-10 shots of the same thing and select the sharpest shot). To do this I need to view the photos at full size. But scrolling to a new photos resets the view size back out to show the whole photo. How can I scroll maintianing the current zoom setting, so as to not have to zoom in again for each photo.

Opening photos in Photo Gallery

When I click on a thumbnail and open a single photo in Photo Gallery and then click on Edit, Organize and Share so I can retouch that photo, it opens a thumbnail of every photo on my computer and I have to scroll thru 1000's of photos to select the one I want to retouch. How can I stop it from opening all my photos?

trouble with windows live photo gallery

I am new here and I think I may have asked my question in the wrong area.  Hope to become more familiar with the site.

 

I am using windows 7.  I like the windows live program for photos.  I am not able to control the photos.   If I have a photo on the screen and want to zoom in, it switches to another photo.  If I turn the photo, it switches to another photo.  I had my computer checked and cleaned, they said I am maybe hitting to roller on the mouse....or something.  That is not the case.  I have tried over and over.  Now I have to take every photo into photo shop to enhance it.  Any suggestions?  Maybe there are settings that could be off?  I am frustrated that I cannot use this program.

Cannot revert photos to original

1.   Trying to "Revert to Original" photo, I constantly get a flag which says it cant revert because its open in another prog. (which it isn't)

 

2.   After editing a photo, I am constantly being told to try again, upto 3/4 times before it accepts?

Skydrive attachment issues

We do not use outlook...we out thunderbird and are unable to share any of our photos from skydrive.  When sending emails I cannot go until skydrive attach a photo or document...I have to save the photo with regular folders then go in to attach...there must be an easier solution

Forgot to mention another photo problem

Received Halloween pic's  showed view slide show, but not the SkyDrive message, - followed someone's instructions banner disappeared so I hit the save on the bottom - had no effect - noticed my recycle bin full - all those new photos were in there - very little is in skydrive most of photos are In my picture library - the photo I experimented is in Skydrive - recycle bin photos were not.
