Original title: sending a photo
when I try to insert a photo as an attachment Outlook.com closes down and does not send the photo. regular emails with no photos work.
I tried to send a photo with an email and this caused IE to stop working and Outlook to close and reopen with a new page. I have IE 10 and am running my Hotmail account in Outlook
Original Title: Why can't I load photo's to emails out. Trying causes program to crash
Every time I try to retrieve mail, it says I should delete photo email and send again. Didn't send any photo emails. Error started recently. What is up? Here is the copy and paste from the error box:
Delete the photo email, create a new one, and try to send it again.

Original title : Strange error: #0x8CCC0003
I tried to forward a photo. The screen disappeared when I pressed "sent." I assumed it was sent. Error message pops up :Windows Live Mail Error ID: Ox8CCC0003. The suggested solution is "delete the e-mailed photo and try to re-send." The issue is, Where is the e-mailed photo? It is not in the "Sent" box, not in the "In box", not in "junk" "spam", etc. How can I solve this issue?
Note: This is happening in Windows Live Mail. I also have access to e-mail on my Yahoo home page of IE. I can still send and receive from that mail box.
