I just upgraded to Windows 8.1 on my laptop, and now all of my SkyDrive photos and videos on my PC app are gone. I have the SkyDrive app on my phone and can still access the photos and videos from there, but they just completely disappeared from my computer!
I tried reading other questions and replies on this, and even tried going to SkyDrive.com, but so far nothing. I'm hoping someone here could help me with this! Thank you in advance.
I have my phone set so that all my photos and vids automatically go to Skydrive. My photos are there, but my videos show up as photos/jpeg files. How can I get them to upload as videos on Skydrive? I'm running Windows 7 on my laptop and trying to view
the videos there.
If I install Sky drive on my pc and paste some photos in it would upload here directly , That is how it works . I have a question on storage of photos and files Like I have them in a folder in G drive and Skydrive wants me to put other copy in my sky drive
folder so it is getting doubled ? 500 Gb of photos 500 gb in sky drive folder ? WHAT THE He ll , Can some body help me how to stop sky drive eating my storage on pc . It is better to upload it directly from your browser than this software
My surface rt froze about a week ago ,nothing worked so they sent me a new one.My photos are all gone ,all the camera roll and others, the problem is I cannot get any of them back, most were from my Facebook albums how do I get my Facebook pics on skydiver

I have uploaded hundreds of photos to SkyDrive and recently sat down to organize them into appropriate folders. After hours of organizing, I logged into SkyDrive two days later and all my new folders were gone and ALL of my photos. Where did they go
and can anyone please help me get them back!!

I received arounf 20 photos in an email and they are all only showing abut 1/2 the photo in outlook. When I try to click on the photo it says "That item is missing". Is there way I can save the photos to my computer.

- I have stored on an old computer that I just dropped and broke, a heap of photos. when storing them I used windows live photo gallery, and if I remember rightly I had an account with a password and using my email. now I am trying to figure out if I can somehow retrieve these photos using that account some how. please get back to me asap. If this is not possible would you happen to know if I can maybe take the broken computer into a computer shop or somewhere simular to have the photos and some documents retrieved from the hard drive, please give me some really good news.
I decided to copy a few folders of photos by dragging from photo library. After upload was complete the folder was created in Skydrive but was empty. Worse, the original folder in photos library was gone. Skydrive deleted all of the photos and I found
them in the Skydrive recycle bin. I restored them but the folder in Skydrive is still empty, and now the recycle bin is as well. Can you please explain how Microsoft's product deleted 250 photos when I was simply copying them from my computer hard drive to

I uploaded a series of folders with photos to Skybox. Now I see photos in the photos folder, but I did not put them there. Does Skybox automatically make a duplicate copy for the photo folder? Now I think I have two copies of each photo, and I've exceeded
my space. How can I check that all of the photos from my folders were copied into the photos folder? I don't want to lose anything.
Hi, I have lost my photos after my new laptop came up with a message, no drive, this feature requires remove able media such as usb, I had google sky drive for all my photos etc.. .. Know how advised me to re boot etc and now I have lost everything...
