Outlook for mac 2011 v 14.2.2 is hanging up on me periodically.

 It hangs for about 15 seconds with the pin wheel spinning.  really messing with my productivity.

I need to unlock my account. please I’ve aske before and everyone just bumps it I can’t send the verification pin as the backup email is blocked too please I need to pay my bills

Please please help my last post has just gone ignored I cannot reset get the reset pin as both my accounts have been cancelled why has this happened I need this email severely why is there no help for this
