cant send or recieve Plain-clienttoken note

All of a sudden Im getting this note when I send and receive.  I just bought computer and am using windows live mail.  It was working today.  Im having nothing but issue here.  I need to fix this or try another email program.  Any suggestions?

Please help to solve this issue....

While Entering in to the Windows Live mail in my Windows 7 Laptop It's shows the error Like follow this. PLease Help to solve the issue.

Message shows that :
