How do I add users to an existing domain?

I have an existing, registered domain that I need to add user accounts to.  I have searched the forums and have found MANY other posts with the same problem but NOT A SINGLE POST actually says what the solution is.  For the love of God, please, please, please, tell me how to add users to an existing domains.live.com account.

I am logged into the domains.live.com website using the email address / PW I used to set up the account.  There is no option on the page to manage a domain and there is no option anywhere to add a user.  Very frustrated - please help!

All I want to do is delete a single contact.  I don't even know where to find the contact list except when I'm creating a new email message and click on the "to" button.  I can't find anywhere to delete a contact from that point.  Please help.

 

I'm running Live Mail 2012 on a Windows 8 machine.

 

Please, please, please, don't email me back just to ask me what software/OS I'm running before you answer the question.  That information is in this post already, and it just wastes time.  Thank you.

Please, Please someone help me get into my former linked hotmail.com account.  I tried to do a password recovery but the automated review states I don't have enough data.  I have had the account for 10 years and just used it for store coupons, groupon, living social, match.com so there are no real email address to address. 

I NEED MY EMAIL – WHAT IS WRONG WITH HOTMAIL – ITS BEEN 2 DAYS!!!!

CANNOT GET INTO HOTMAIL TO OPEN MY MAIL!!!!!

PLEASE, PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM - HOTMAIL IS THE BEST, HOWEVER, 2 DAYS WITHOUT IT  IS PUTTING ME OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!

Ive been dending emails to a contact group , which has over 200 addresses, it was fine for months, now all of a sudden it wont allow that many addresses in the group, what do I need to do to have an unlimited amount of emails to send out. PLEASE help , Thank you Nick
