I am currently on an exchange server with work and use Outlook 2011. I will no longer be with the company after tomorrow. I want to delete my exchange account and e-mails from the server (so that nobody can't see them after I am gone), but I want to
still be able to see them in Outlook when I use it through a pop account. Is there a way to copy e-mails from an exchange account (using outlook) to a pop account (also using outlook). In the end, I will want to delete my entire exchange account and files
off of one computer but still be able to see all the e-mails and calendar content from that account in another account. What's the best way to do that?
Hi,
My Gmail account used to be a POP account for years and synchronised perfectly with all my other POP accounts in my archives folders, respecting all Rules.
Suddenly all went crazy and I had to delete my gmail acc. and create a new one.
But it self creates as an IMAP account and makes a mess of all my set-up. It is trying to reload over 15,000 old emails that are already saved in my archives folders on my general "On My Computer" account.
Is is possible to re-create my Gmail acc. as a POP account and how ?
I hope all this makes sense and is clear enough.
Thanks for advice as it is really bothering me.
When I delete emails from my Inbox in Outlook 2011 for Mac, they don't delete from my pop account. Pop account is set to delete emails when they are deleted from Outlook, both on the pop settings and in Outlook.
