Hi, I am showing as offline to my contacts but I see them online.

I have Windows Essentials 2012 and my contacts in messenger see me as offline but we can still type to each other. When they post a comment in my messenger window it shows like an offline messege with the time above it. They are appearing online to me. This has been happening for the last few days and I have done 2 repairs trying to fix it with no luck. I am running Windows 7 if that helps. Can anyone give me any help with this?

I have followed the steps in the below post to get my account unlocked to no avail. I have also contacted xbox live support and they could not figure out how to unblock it and advised me to post on these help forums as they think it was related to a hotmail issue. The account I cannot access is (Removed for security reasons).

is that I do not want to have any relation at my hot mail account with my other social network like face book so i want hot mail to be not shared pictures and post from those social net, the hot mail depends it self.

What does your Question Has Been Answered Mean?

I received an e-mail from Microsoft Answers that "my question had been answered." The "answer" was a post made a day before mine saying that person had the same problem?

I am new to this forum? Is this a joke? What does this mean? Is this forum just a ruse?

For the past 2 or 3 days, my hotmail account is not loading. Also new format. Looks like a hotmail problem. Is it being worked on? How do I fix and access email?

My hotmail page is apparently not loading correctly after logging in. Email messages are at the bottom of the page and when I try to access mail or delete messages, it just sits there and does nothing.

Like all the others Hotmail will not load properly for 3 days now. It does seem to work with the Opera browser, but noting else.

I have noticed that Messenger is always trying to load. The one time it did work on IE, messenger did not try to load. Is there anyway to disable Messenger?

I know this is pointless, but is there any place to obtain technical support or at least information. I have "chatted" with 3 clueless people at Microsoft who tel lme to post on here and I receive a response withing 24 hours. One did say "our engineers are aware" of it and she apologized. At least I did not fall for the purchase of enhanced Hotmail - I intended to.

Has anyone found a solution?

No consigo encontrar la funcionalidad de administración de archivos de datos que tiene Outlook 2003 en el Outlook 2011. Os agradecería una respuesta, llevo varios días leyendo distintos post sin resultado.
