Dear Hotmail Staff,
Is there a way to recover emails received from a specific email address and between date range?
(NB : If additional maintenance and costs are needed for this request, please let me know and send the cost estimate. Depending on the price I will let you know if I will be able to pay this).
In 2011 I received an email from my sister with it attached a copy of my University degree. This is email has been deleted since.
The attachment would be really valuable information for me because it could help me finding a job. I am unemployed right now.
The option to recover recent deleted emails in Hotmail doesn't work for me. But I am convinced that you have other tools and
ways to this find back in your system.
- Period : between February 2011 and December 2011
- Emails to look at : containing attachments only
- Email address (sender) : (deleted in order to preserve privacy)
- Email address (recipient) : (deleted in order to preserve privacy)

ok microsoft community where are all my e-mails that have disappeared? I sure hope you all are working on this problem that has effected so many people. I need my e-mail that I had in my folders. I use hotmail several times a day and try to keep my
inbox clean (which I do) but all of my saved e-mails are gone. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Please respone to me as to what is being done to correct this major problem for so many people.

i received an email from windows live team saying that they discover a virus in one of my folders in my email and i have to send them my name and password and if i don't do that within 2 weeks, i will loose my email .

Beginning yesterday afternoon, my iPhone 4 (AT&T with iOS 6.0.1) will not synch with my Hotmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) .
I either receive the error message“Cannot Get Mail. Server error. Contact your server administrator" or Hotmail will briefly show me messages through last Friday 28 December and then begin attempting to download again.
I deleted the account from my phone and re-added it, but that has not resolved the issue.
I also re-added the account under the Exchange account and it will download messages through Monday 31 Dec.
Any help sorting this out would be greatly appreciated.

I was sent a security questionnaire two days ago by MSN hotmail asking to update my account details which I did. Last night my friends said I was hacked because of an email was sent to them asking for money because of a dying cousin in Spain. Never been
to Spain and don't have cousins there . I tried to get into my account and it says my password doesn't exist. I've had this account since 1998 and can't get back in even though I sent 3 mails to support asking for more info. How do I get a new password so

My old laptop died. It ran Windows 7. I got a new Dell laptop with Windows 8. Is there any way to get my old emails? I used same Hotmail email address on old machine as I now use on Windows 8.

I had many emails in folders in Windows 7. Now those emails do not exist in Windows 8.

Y me pide que ponga un código y lo pongo, pero dice que ahí un error y lo tengo que poner devuelta. Al final nunca se arregla el problema, me pueden ayudar?
