I also use MS Outlook, and was able to disconnect from the internet and copy all the messages into a new PST before they got synched out of existence. But is there any way to recover the email data stored in the cloud or is it gone forever?
I've register my MX record for my private domain, have also created a txt/spf record and tried a low priority MX, but none of these seem to be getting recognised by the domain registration process - I really want to switch my email to outllok.com but this is completely blocking me
Help?
Domain is HoggMartin.com
Hi,
I am the admin/owner of a private domain and I've started using Outlook.com as our email client for running a non-profit event. Now some of our email accounts need to be accessed by multiple users and I've noticed that a lot of the accounts are looking
for verification. Will this affect other users logging onto the account once someones phone number has been used? Also once verified it doesn't seem to unlock features straight away. How long does it take to verify the account?
Is there any option to give more control of this to myself, the administrator of the domain or disable it?

Hi,
I have observed that email from my personal domain is labeled spam on hotmail/outlook.com.
I have tested this: An email from my gmail account
subject: test, message: text
goes directly to my inbox.
An email from <xyz>@matthiaskauer.com (I am testing with me@, but I suppose it's only related to the domain) even with slightly more elaborate text does not.
Is there anything I can do about this, because obviously I'd like to end up in other people's inbox when I'm writing them a legitimate email.
Best,
Matthias

Neither does a text from my other domain zuez.org.

Hi - I need greater ability to manage account settings/passwords for my users on private domain using Outlook.com
I recently moved my domain from google apps to Outlook.com and am surprised to see that I have NO WAY to set/reset account passwords for my users.
I see other posts where Microsoft moderators are able to turn on that functionality, so would you please do so for me?
My users are currently locked out of their email!
Thanks,
Mike
