My altnernative email is no longer active and i cannot answer my security question because i forgot the answer from years of never needing it. I have tried the verification questionnaire but my account has been locked and needs a verification code now.
I have been passed on twice to the private support forum which has basically told me they'll investigate it or make a new email. I have paid preorders waiting on my email with codes on the email. I Need this email back. what can i do?
I came across somebody with a problem similar to mine. The Microsoft person who responded to him sent him a link to private support. I used that link. Was it okay to use that link or do I have to wait for someone to send me one. When can I expect to get a response. Can I retrieve the private support message I sent before.
