I have purchased a used mac that was programmed to factory settings before being installed with loads of new stuff. Everything seems to be working apart from outlook, i click on outlook and the email page opens fine i then click on tools then accounts.
The add accounts box drops down then freezes after only one click, i find i cannot close the accounts box and it also prevents me from shutting down or restarting with the only way to do it being to force quite outlook. Can anybody help?
