Re Blocked E-mail

My original e-mail acc. was blocked a few days ago and I had to set up a new one as I was unable to get it unblocked. I need to get it unblocked as

I also used it for my business and all my stationary,business cards, advertising etc. has that e-mail on them.I called microsoft and was not able to have this problem resolved. I am not very computer savy so I don't understand what to do about this.Need help! Thank You!

I have tried to repair, uninstall and reinstall the product, but no luck with either. I have been having trouble with this product for a while, it started with an error message when receiving messages (don't have a note of this), then I had an issue with the Windows platform not responding, now this. Any help would be appreciated. I have even tried a clean removal prior to reinstalling. Still no luck.

Unable to send or reply to email.

I get this message every time I try to send a new email or reply to one that I have already received I am using live mail in windows 7

Problem with replying to emails and sending email from contacts list (also having to type out full address instead of it just showing up when I start typing).

Why when I click to reply to an email it shows up as a blank message and I when I try to type in the contact it doesn't even come up anymore, I have to memorize their address and type the whole thing in.  I cant even seem to send an email from my contacts list either.  What is going on?

Has the Smartscreen filter been fixed for anyone yet?

I've searched the prior questions, and I've seen lots of other Hotmail users having safe email messages (some even from Microsoft) marked as "very suspicious" when the sender is both in the address book and on the safe sender list.  I'm still having this problem even though in some threads here it says this problem has been fixed.  It clearly has not for me.

I regulary get the following error box appearing on my screen: -

"WINDOWS LIVE COMMUNICATION PLATFORM HAS STOPPED WORKING - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

Many weeks have gone by but no solution has been offered by windows. Yjos causes problems that I jabe to use IE to log into my hotmail account. I am using Windows 7 Pro 64bit.

I have already updated the program and I am using the latest version of Messenger. I have run virus check not only Norton but Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

Can any member of the forum please help?

i cannot read my hotmail on one of my apple computers (imac). the other computers are fine.

i am having a new problem with reading my e-mails from my hotmail account; it has been a very frustrating last six to eight months.  so far, this is only happening on one of my apple computers (imac with safari 5.0) and not on any of my other apple or dell computers.  when i get into my account, the format is very disorganized and different than anything i have seen before and i cannot read, move or clear any e-mails.  i have tried several of the suggestions but so far nothing has changed; cleared cookies and cache, etc., used http rather than https, etc.  what next????
