dowloaded windows movie maker and can’t open it.

I am running Widows 7. I downloaded Photo Gallery and Movie Maker. When I try to open Movie maker (I'm not worried about Photo Gallery) I get the following error message

Wlstartup.exe- Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point ?OnGetMaxInfo@MAE_NIJAAJ@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library UXCore.dlll.

Can you help please.

I am facing trouble with wWINDOWS LIVE MOVIE MAKER.
I am getting an error message which reads:  The procedure entry point ?CreateBool@Value@DirectUI@@SGPAV12@_N@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\uxcontacts.dll.
Please help...
