hi I have a question, I had to use a hotmail email address because my own email address got overwhelmed with spam, I am not used to hotmail and don't know how to save my emails to my documents like in outlook express, can you tell me how please?

I need to clean up my group lists, deleting & adding contacts – how do I do this in this new format?
