Since being kicked out of Hotmail by a technical glitch and reentering with a new password, followed by being automatically switched to Outlook AND THEN CHANGING BACK TO HOTMAIL, messages in my queues have been "telescoped," with several related emails
listed under one title and a number in parentheses next to the entry indicating how many messages are hidden under the first subject-line. This is happening in all folders, including "Drafts," where these multiple messages are chaining to messages in other
folders and also refuse to print. Your program is also duplicating attachments unnecessarily, which wastes resources at your end. I'm a freelance writer who submits queries and projects via Hotmail, and I MUST see each individual response as a separate entry
in my queue to avoid confusion and missed replies. How can I display each HOTMAIL message individually, as before? NOTE: I USE HOTMAIL, NOT OUTLOOK. Previous reply geared to Outlook was not helpful.
how do i change color of unread email so that these messages stand out in the inbox queue?
We share a mailbox between 4 users and take work from a shared mailbox. In Entourage, when you moved an email from the shared mailbox to your inbox it would remove it from the shared. We just installed Outlook 2011 for Mac and it's causing problems of
duplicate work because if we forget to go back and delete from shared after moving the email remains in the queue for another person to grab. Is there a setting to change this or has Microsoft screwed me again?
