My "deleted items" always has one unread email showing, but i don't have any emails in box, also sometimes there seems to be an email there but can't delete it.

They're connected, but how do i get rid of it??

I'm trying to delete all the "deleted" emails.  They keep adding on and I can't get rid of them.  A message tells me that  they are cleared occasionally but I don't see that.  I'm up to over 250 deleted emails that I can't get rid of.  Thanks.

Apparently there is a too-big message stuck in my outbox. I would delete it if I could find it,but the Outbox isn't visible when I open Office for Mac. Thank you in advance!!

I used to have an option "full view" but that has disappeared; instead the e-mail text is cut off by advertisements on the right. I would like to get rid of the adverts altogether and not have to move the e-mail text back and forth to read.

I"ve lost all my inbox emails from 9-15 thru Nov 2.  How can I recover them?  They are not in the deleted box (didn't delete them).
