The reactivation code is being sent to an email address that I haven't used in a very long time.
When I try to log in to this email address, I get a message telling me that the account doesn't exist. This wouldn't surprise me as it really has been ages since I used it, but it would appear that Windows Live have closed the account down.
The reactivation message drop down doesn't give me the option of any other email addresses (I am now aware that I needed to set this up; I believed WL held more information on me than it obviously does, my mistake) and doesn't tell me what to do if I can't
access the reactivation email.
I have reset my password on the hacked account, and successfully used my security questions to do this, but Windows Live still says it needs the activation code.
Could someone please help me with my next step, please?
