He struggles with the tech things but trusts me with his details etc; can I do the recover.reset operation(s) from my own computer here for him..??? (I do not mean via 'remote' access at this time although I know that is a possibility, as i would rather be able to this for him independently as he gets so frustrated!)..thanks John D xx

I receievd a strange e-mail from him (supposedly) the other day (yesterday) which was a mail advertising some USA(?) electronics/consumer electronics etc supplier...therefore we suspect his account has been hacked....
