I use a program that sends receipts to people. When I say yes send the email I get an immediate Failure message. Can you tell me what needs to be changed so that my receipt will be sent. Thanks!

I want confirmation that the person I am sending an e-mail to did receive it and did open it, so they can't claim it was never received and/or opened. I am sure I've seen this before in other e-mail formats.
