I have accounts created on domains live (@outprinteg.net) and I can not receive emails, the messages that senders receive is as follows:

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain outprinteg.net by outprinteg.net. [216.14.114.249].

The error that the other server returned was:
550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client.
550-mail-la0-f45.google.com [209.85.215.45]:36181 is not permitted to relay
550 through this server without authentication.

We are having trouble with some clients unable to send emails to our domain (Hosted with Outlook.com)

Some users are getting a bounced back email message along the lines of email cannot be delivered or recipient unknown at this domain.

Here is an example bounced back message:

"Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:  RE: test email message

      Sent:     5/09/2013 1:36 p.m.

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

      'Mike Stevenson' on 5/09/2013 1:36 p.m.

            There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.  Please contact your system administrator.

            <DMSERVER.dm.local #5.5.0 smtp;550 Invalid recipient: <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>>"


The issue is only with "some" clients, others have no problem reaching us at all.


Have checked out domain for blacklisting at mxtoolbox.com with no problems.


Is anyone able to shed some light on this?


Our domain is as above "epicsystems.co.nz"

Im unable to use my outlook....to mail anyone!   it comes back to me with this...... 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.7.1 Recipient not authorized, your IP has been found on a block list'.....   I need help PLZ...what do I do?????
My friend's former e-mail was hacked so he sent me a new address. I tried e-mailing from both my outlook and gmail and have gotten this message from gmail:

I often have to send email request to multiple recipient (around 15 to 20). I need to address to each of them directly, so I don't want to create a generic email and put them all in BCC. Besides the address, the content of the emails remain the same. Is there anyway I can send emails to multiple recipient without letting my recipient know that I'm also sending the same email request to other people.

I have added a directory within the skydrive public folder whose contents I wish to share with a number of specific people by sending personalised links.

I specifically want to use this method; as opposed to a global link, so that individual permissions can be managed for these recipients. For example, modify view/edit and remove perissions.

I have successfully created and sent the share link to a recipient.

When the recipient click on the link in the in the email their browser opens at the shared directory on skydrive.

The problem occurs when they click on the shared file to download it.  They are taken to the sign in screen and cannot proceed with the download unless they sign in.  The problem with this is that they may not have a microsoft account and I do not want to force them to create one just to gain access to download the file.

I have uncheck the "Require everyone who accesses this to sign in" option.

So my question is this.

Is there a way of sending personalised download links which do not require a microsft account to acutally download a file.
