Is it possible to get the Microsoft Office Reminders icon to bounce more than once in the dock when a flag or reminder alert is triggered?  One bounce is just too easy to miss.  I'm sure in past versions of Reminders the icon used to carry on bouncing until you acknowledged it, which is what you want it to do.

When I'm creating tasks with outlook 2011 for Mac, I cannot see them in outlook tasks. I only can find them again in the Apple reminder Apllication.
Is there anything due to iCloud? can somebody help me?
thanks
I have some links to notes in Evernote or Omnifocus. When I copy the link and paste it into the body of a Calendar reminder for example, some show up in color and underlined (so that clicking on them runs the appropriate program and opens the file) while others paste as plain black text and are not "clickable". What determines this? I want them all to be clickable. How do I make a link like

omnifocus:///task/lsMswqVSd78

paste as clickable link into Outlook?
100% operator error, I know. I was busy, in a rush, and had 40 or so reminders in the Reminders windows.

In a rush, I mistakenly clicked "Dismiss All" when I wanted to dismiss a single entry.

Most of the 40 were items I could dismiss, but about a dozen were not. The ones I needed to keep were events that came due far in the past, but that I kept hitting snooze on, as a way to remember them.

How does one find these "recently dismissed" events in the List view of the Calendar? I looked for a Modified column but found no such thing.

Can I instead find them on the hard drive? On TimeMachine?

Any tips or ideas would be appreciated.

When I enter events on my hotmail calendar and put the reminders in, none of them pop up like they used to. They should show up after I sign on to my hotmail page, but they don't. I'm pretty sure I'm doing it correctly; I'm putting the info in no differently. When it says add reminder, it's self explanatory. I just do as it says.
Hello,

I set up my events on the Outlook calendar (specific time events, all-day events, etc) but the reminder doesn't pop up like it does for the Windows version of Outlook (I'm running Lion on my Mac). What can I do for the reminders to show for events?

Thanks.

I used to be able to put a reminder in calendar, then choose a notice time, and it would pop up on my email.

Now reminder's is greyed out and no notice choice.Help please. Thank you. Don

I just upgraded to Home & Business to get Outlook, and I set Calendar Preferences to remind me of events one hour prior. However, the default reminder keeps coming up 18 hours. I click to create a new reminder and no matter what time duration I put in the Preferences, it's still 18 hours. What the hey?

Hello,

I like the idea that any email from Hotmail inbox can be converted into a Hotmail calendar item. I am talking about a user story where - User logs into the hotmail account, views an email and wants to mark that viewed email as an - i) event or ii) reminder or iii) task. I am not asking Outlook to be opened up like this, infact I am not sure if Outlook has this kind of a feature.

Thanks in advance.

I don't want Windows live 2011 mail. I prefer the uncluttered format of my inbox and mail provided by Hotmail. The update for the new messenger gives you the so-called option of downloading the features that you need but on the page to do so it shows Bing, Mail and other features that you have to accept before you can update. This is like marrying a woman but agreeing to let her mother and sisters move in with you. I only want to update messenger so the reminder will stop popping up.
