My incoming messages always indicate a time zone other than my own. It makes it difficult to know when something was actually received. How or where can I edit that setting so that my inbox knows what time it is - here.

hotmail asked me if I wanted to change settings to only open emails as htmp. I said 'yes' but now cannot open video in hotmail. How do I reset?
Embeded pictures do not open in emails( ie9). I have reset all to defaults . I have also checked show picture in internet option- Advanced. Just started not showing pictures , just shows grey box. Please help
