Three times I have been given a reset code for a secondary email account and three times is has been rejected . I have an important message in that account that I need to read. why does the reset code keep being rejected
I've reset my password and Microsoft has text me a reset code but when i log in to my email it will only direct me to the account settings page? 

Any ideas?

email address:  <removed by moderator>is being reported as blocked.  We cannot log in to this support forum using it either (prompts for same reset/email page)

 

We have gone through the steps to receive the reset code, but it does not appear to be sending to the reset email account <removed by moderator>

We have been unable to find any other method to reset.  Your assistance is appreciated.
