what is this? My newly reset password doesn't work.
Earlier today I reset my password for Apple ID and my Hotmail account. Now when I want to use my iPad it keeps asking me to enter the password for the Exchange account "Hotmail".
Yesterday my account was blocked because of some security reasons. So now i need to recover my account but i doesnt work. i did not have a sec email or a phone number filled in as it should...
i filled in a form for verification of me is really me. it was accepted. so they should sent me a code to fill in to finish the verifiction. But i only got a reset password link in my alternitve email adress but no code. i think its send to my primary email wich is blocked. So i tried the reset password link but then i need to acces my MS account wich i still blocked because i cant finish verification thing. Now i tried this a few times and now my request is blocked for 24 hours. Can someone help i really need to acces my account today.

I asked in another thread about this to get it turned on. Instead I got a reply from a mod that had NOTHING to do with the reset password feature and just spouted about 50 user limit. If any mod wants to speak on that instead of what the topic is, move
along. That is not helpful and just a waste of time. Repeat this is NOT about the user limit. So don't even say anything about that.

I have read every single thread about this common situation, but still no answer.
I have checked all my filter settings, added @instagram.com to my safe senders list and everything that has been told to do. I really NEED help because this is becoming a frustrating matter. I can receive instagram emails to other accounts on hotmail etc. BUT I NEED THE PASSWORD RESET EMAIL TO THIS PARTICULAR HOTMAIL ACCOUNT.

I am having problems logging into anything that requires a Microsoft account log in.
Xbox Live / Zune etc.
My wife had set up our Xbox live gold under her user name (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***). That email address has since been closed and now it is impossible to reset our password status, because the reset password information from Microsoft sends the reset link to that email address.
I want to network my computers throughout our home through Microsoft and cannot due to the fact that we cannot log in. The account also now seems to be locked due to the fact that we have attempted to log in one too many times.
Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
