My hotmail account was blocked due to typing the wrong password. Neither do I remember my security question answer or most of my information anymore to regain the access to my account

I still know the password to my hotmail... even though I type it wrong many times. But more importantly right now my hotmail account is totally blocked T.T , I aint even allow to sign in.

By any chance, how can I get microsoft hotmail to unblock my account? I even apply the reset password for microsoft hotmail account but I just can't get much right...my hotmail account doesn't have mobiles or anything attach to it to validate. Help pls - how can I unblock my hotmail account T.T - there's lot of important stuff inside relies on this email I need it.

(the one im using right now is not the blocked one.)

Hotmail Account Unlock

Hi,

I need help unlocking a hotmail account. The standard reset password is not working as one of the two alternate email addresses is no longer in use - and that is the only option I am offerred for the security code when resetting the password.

I have also tried the automated unlock process and have not been able to provide information to unlock the account. Have also raised a support call with microsoft support and have been going round in circles for the last week or so. The suggestions have all already been tried.

Can anybody please help?

1) tried sending code to her phone...unfortunately she (a technophobe) has her land-line as the number (not her cell).

2) security question not accepting CORRECT answer

3) tried to fill out form with as much as she (a technophobe) could remember....not enough for them!

I AM NOT ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT, HAVE TRIED TO RESET PASSWORD, FILLED OUT THE LONGER FORM (PEOPLE YOU HAVE EMAIL RECENTLY, SUBJECT OF EMAILS), SPOKEN THE CHAT TEAM AND A TEAM FROM THE US AND THE PHILLIPINES, EVEN THOUGH I LIVE IN LONDON. MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCKED FOR OVER 3 WEEKS+ NOW. I HAVE 3 ACCOUNTS AND WAS ABLE TO ACCESS IT BECAUSE THEY WERE LINKED AND AFTER TRYING ALMOST EVERY METHOD CAN STILL NOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT IF SOMEONE HAD ANY IDEA REGARDING HOW I CAN MOVE FORWARD SO I CAN JUST ENTER A PASSWORD TO LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT PLEASE AND THANK YOU

Since you changed the linked accounts I can no longer access my account which was linked to my partners... both of us cannot remember my password or the answer to my security question - well, the answer we pick is suddenly wrong... Please is there any way i can relog into my account..? I have tried the reset password page... etc and had no success... I am getting frustrated as I need my account for work and sport purposes. Please help.
