I got another e-mail account "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***". Since I've forgotten the password and the answer of security question. I've tried lots of times on last week. And it was blocked now. Would you please help to recovery it ?
I've try my best to answer all the questions. And it is my company e-mail address. So it would be grateful if you can help me to resolve it.
For your reference, I got the e-mail reply from Microsoft account.
"Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously, and our commitment to protecting your personal information requires that we take the utmost care in ensuring that you are the account owner."
I can told I've already try my best to answer all the questions already. I really don't know how to do right now.

excuse me, I have big problem with this E-mail cuz I can't remember my Apple password and i try to check on my e-mail when i correct the forget your password on my Apple ID, but its dont have nothing sent to me

Will someone from Microsoft please help!!!
I have an elderly (82) friend who has somehow locked herself out of her hotmail account and I have been trying (in vain obviously!) to get her back in by using the reset password questionnaire.
This keeps coming back with 'sorry but you have not provided enough information....' and so we are unable to reset.
Bearing in mind she is not in the first flush of youth, she can't remember recent emails as she hasn't sent one for a while, she hasn't created any folders so the information she can provide is therefore limited.
So, we have now got to the stage where I don't know what to do to enable the password to be reset so she can get back in. She has created a new account but she has some emails she would like to access in the locked out account.
I have tried the single code access route but she has not received the code (maybe the phone number doesn't match up?
Is it possible to get someone to phone her up and give her a code?

Dear Team support,
I have a few custom domains using domain.live.com, but I can't reset or change password users with Windows Live Admin Center and when I login domain.live.com I also can't see any reset password functions in edit account user (only see Suspend mail | Delete
user)
