I do not see any link to "Reset Password" option , Just suspend user , and suspend email option is there.

Live mail has suddenly started asking for password and login details before receiving e-mail. I have tried all combinations of passwords we use to no avail and there is no reset password option. Last picked up e-mail on 9th August, went on holiday for

Looking through the forum I found a lot of posts with a request to enable a reset password option for the administrator to reset the password of a user. It seems like this option has to be enabled by one of the mods. So someone please enable that option
for me.
