hello. PLEASE HELP ME TO RESTORE MY FAITH IN MICROSOFT.

 

I have an MSN free email and by accident i changed the email within the settings. (thinking im creating a new email)

I really need to change my email back to old address. How can i do this... please help me?

I want to try to restore emails from a specific person (email address), this person is deceased and I need for personal and legal reasons...can ANYONE help me....  I don't want to give out my email or the other email address, please set me up with a private page to give this information.  Thank you.

Can’t close Windows Live mail 2011 ???

I am running Windows 7 64 bit with ALL updates etc etc.

Just recently I installed Windows 7 64 bit (was 32bit) and all seems well except for an odd problem with Windows Live mail 2011.

<PROBLEM> I can open send and receive mails with no problem but when I have finished using Mail I sometimes (80 - 90% of the time) seem to be unable to close the Mail application by clicking simply clicking on the "Close" "Restore Down" or "Minimize" buttons in the top right corner of the Mail window - it just freezes up ??

I can clear it by hitting right mouse button anywhere on the desktop and selecting Refresh and that clears the Mail screen, or by opening Mail again.

Any ideas ??

WLM Win 7: Is it possible to retrieve Events ??

Hello;
 
I’ve just realized that my Calendar (Windows Live Mail 2012) is empty and all past, current, and future Events are gone!
Is it possible somehow to retrieve the vanished Events ??
Can I use Restore or Backup of earlier date to restore Calendar/Events only?

and voila! My calendar and Events are all there!
But how to export (if it is the right word) it to my Calendar / Windows Live Mail ??
I don’t see any menu option to do that! Thank you.

Hi Community,  Windows Live Mail user.

Motherboard failed.  Installed old hard drive in new computer.

Able to find and import email messages but unable to find or import Win Live Contacts.

I have the same problem.I was unable to open Windows Live Mail. A message came up that I needed to update to Windows Live Essential. I did this and Windows Live Mail opens and receives emails but |I am unable to reply to any or to create new emails. The system just gives me a huge page of 'computer gobble de guke' containing several error messages. I have tried System Restore to go back to where I used to be and then it wont let me open Windows Live Mail again. If I uninstall Windows Live Essentials will the system go back to where it used to be with Windows Live Mail working again and will I keep all my emails and contacts or will I loose them all when I uninstall Windows Live Essentials.

I was advised incorrectly by my Web Hosting Company to create a new profile using Windows 7 Home Premium-Live Mail, which we did without realising nor told of the consequences.

Luckily we researched and found you were able to restore all the Inbox and Sent Folders through this option, however all the Recipient's Email Addresses are missing in the Sent Folder and have been replaced by our own Email Address ?

Can someone please!! offer a solution that will work as it is a Business Email Account with over 3 Years of Email History.
