If I run a search in Outlook Mac 2011, I am unable to drag any of the search result emails into an email I am drafting, All I get is an attempt to highlight multiple search results.  I am able to drag and drop from my Outlook mail folder (i.e., when I am not displaying search results).  This wouldn't be so bad if Outlook would allow me to "copy" one of the emails in my search results, but it won't.  Instead, I have to remember the date and folder in which the target email resides, go to that folder, and drag and drop it from there.  A real pain if you are trying to drag and drop multiple emails as attachments.  Help?
Expert team,

I am trying to create a smart folder that both looks into my Inbox folder and Sent E-Mails folder to surface flagged e-mails?

Is this possible? It seems adding two filters for Folder are AND concatenated so the result set is always empty.

I can really search in all e-mails as I have many sub folders I want to have ignored for this search.

Hi,

Our Director uses Mac Outlook 2011. When I send him an attachment by composing the message in HTML format he receives the attachment as a win.dat file.

I tried sending the attachment by composing the message in Plain text but still the same result.

He gets attachments from other users normally.

I have Outlook 2010 on my PC.

I know Mac Outlook cannot process messages sent in Rich Text format, but I only compose my messages in HTML format.

Looking forward for a response.

Thanks
Kula.

When I start typing a person's email address in To:, CC: or BCC:; the quick address bar provides a long list of contacts with whom I have had conversations before.
This long list contains list of both, temporary and permanent contacts (that I have personally added to the Contacts).

Is there any way out where I can remove my temporary contacted list of email addresses so that I get the desired result of persons from my Contacts, to whom I wish to send an email?
On signing into hotmail, had error page that stated " internal server error or misconfiguration plus a log error code. Reset password twice and still same result.. Any suggestions as my wife can sign on using the same computer with her hotmail address and no probl;em ????????
I started noticing lots of (read: over 25000!) duplicated calendar events in the last weeks (a few events with up to 2500 copies!) which made Outlook 2011 and my iPhone totally unresponsive.  This was probably the result of having a mixed setup of iCloud / MobileMe / Exchange 2010 / Local calendars etc.

I finally got rid of the duplicates on my Exchange 2010 account  (I used http://www.vaita.com/ODIR.asp  on Outlook 2010 PC) leaving about 900 events, and cleared the local and iCloud/Mobile Me events (so I only have entries in Exchange 2010),  but I'm wondering now if I actually still need to enable Sync Services in Outlook 2011 (I'm running v. 14.2.2 atm), on OSX Lion 10.7.4 at all?

iCal (+Tasks/Reminders) and the Apple Address Book seem to have decent support for Exchange 2010 out of the box (via Apple System Preferences > Mail, Contacts & Calendars), so why should I enable the Sync Services in Outlook 2011 still?  It's a pretty confusing option.

I decided to reinstall Outlook 2011 and started syncing mail and the de-duplicated calendars again from the Exchange 2010 server (while keeping Sync Services disabled), but now I notice these types of errors showing up for probably the majority of my calendar entries:

ERROR:
An error occurred while updating the calendar event "*TITLE*"

DETAILS:
Please delete this event and create a new event.

Error code: -19126

I double checked some events which generated the error, but at first sight they simply look correctly synced in Outlook 2011.  So why these error messages?
As stated above,  you blocked my account because some sum bag was scamming from my account, instead of you going after the scum bag, you just blocked my account, and as a result, I must have about 200 e-mails by now, when is this harament going to stop, ....unblock my account..

To MSVP----I found 'Send a webpage in a Windows Mail message'. A few queries---

Windows Mail is not in my All Programs but it is my default

I have New not Create Mail

Insert > Hyperlink has no  result

  Could you comment please?

Searching for an address that is in Bcc: for outgoing email should be allowed. Bcc: and Cc: should be treated just like To: when searching.

I understand why you shouldn't return a result from emails that are INcoming from an address that sent its email To my address as part of a Bcc: list. But if I send an email to multiple recipients with their addresses in Bcc:, I should be able to find that email in order to verify/confirm later on that I did in fact send it.

As it stands now, the only way I can find such an email is by remembering the date and the Subject: and then clicking on the 'Details' arrow to reveal the Bcc: line in order to search manually for the address in question. Not helpful at all!

PS: I tried to Submit this to the Hotmail Help page and got an Error '/' .... message with some html-like code on it.
