Setting up email on an ASUS Transformer Prime running Android 4.0.3. 

 

Outgoing mail server settings using SSL/TLS and either Port 25 or 587 return the following error:

 

! Couldn't finish

Can't safely connect to server.

(javax.et.ssl SSLProtocolException: SSL handshake aborted: ssl=0x6227c0: Failure in SSL library.  usually a protocol error

error: 14077FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO: unknown protocol (external/openssl/ssl/s23_clnt.c:683 0x40257cc3:0x00000000))

 

Am planning to upgrade to Jelly Bean (v4.x) soon.  Will this help?

gmail is hijacking my return address

I have multiple email addresses including some gmail addresses.  Just recently (about the last month) whenever I send email from my default msn address it is sent out with a gmail return address.  I cannot find a way to correct this.  Even when I delete the gmail account from Windows Live Mail it still appears on sent messages.  

 

i have office for Mac 2011 . I am trying to create folders under "on my computer " when i click to "add new folder" a new folder appears but won’t save the folder name

scroll down to New folder 
Untitled folder 1 appears 
Type in new folder name " personal emails" 
hit return 
personal emails returns to Untitled folder 



My email is being faked. Can someone please unblock me from hotmail and msn users?

Someone is faking my email address and sending out spam which appears to be coming from my business email.  My emails to hotmail and msn  usersare now being blocked as follows:

The return address was "<*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>"

This guy hacked me, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and he stole all my stuff including my youtube and my other things what do i do :'(

I got keylogged, and i was wondering if there is anyway hotmail could return ***Email address removed for privacy*** to the original owner. EVERYTHING i own rests in that email, plus, I know the maker of the email. Pleas return it to them for me & his sake. WHAT DO I DO ? :'(

Office Reminders has lost a flagged document

I accidentally touched return while one of my Office Reminders flagged documents was highlighted, and the flag and the document have disappeared. I presume it's been cancelled, and since I can't for the life of me think what it was I can only hope it wasn't too important.  This Office Reminders really is one of the most un-userfriendlty applications I've encountered in 25 years with a Mac.  You really would think Microsoft wouldd have made a better job of it by now, but it just seems to be getting worse, along with Outlook which has become an overcomplicated shambles while a lot of the basics are still dire.

1) I know there are hotmail plus before which could provide better service for email account.

Because of previous experience, I found it difficult to reactivate my email account after blocked. Now I would like to upgrade my hotmail account to a better one by paying a certain amount of fee in return for services. I don't want to be blocked or even cancelled for one more time.

Please advise if any products or services that could be provided by Microsoft.

2) Moreover, recently, I send an email to overseas with invalid/no longer used email address which send me back *** Email address is removed for privacy *** email. May I know I will be blocked again more easily as I was blocked before. I am afraid my account was even cancelled.
