A couple of hours ago I did a routine maintenance of my password in https://account.live.com. The password was accepted OK and I can login with it into my windows 8.1 and www.outlook.com

However, when I open my desktop outlook 2013, a window pops up requesting my new password... which it does not accept! so I am locked out of Outlook 2013!!! By the way I have the same problem with my iPhone / ipad Outlook accounts - the new password is not accepted!!!

Please help as it is urgent!

When I try to name a new folder, or upload a file I get get the following:


'Unable to Create New Folder'

'SkyDrive is undergoing some routine maintenance and should be back up shortly.'


and when I try to upload a file it goes to 99% and says

"Sorry, there was a problem uploading your file, please try again.  

 


This has been occurring for several days.  What's up?  I have over 6 gigs available to me.

It had been days, or maybe weeks since it happened. 
First, I could not sync my OneNote Notebooks from win8 to my PC. 
It stated that the file could not be found, and when I clicked on my skydrive, it says it does not exist.
I have not deleted ANY files ever since I used skydrive. Don't think I miss-clicked anywhere since I never mess with skydrive settings before. EVER.

I felt weird, and after some thorough search for solutions, I just try accessing through web skydrive.
Tried to create a new notebook from there, and it says "SkyDrive is undergoing some routine maintenance and should be back up shortly. Please try again."
So I went to the server status page but it says that the server was fine, and I thought it might be some minor maintenance.

But I tried, 3 times a day, for nearly a week now. With the same exact error.

What's going on with my account? 
My files are all in there, with all the notes of my course. This really jeopardize my workflow. If the files really are missing, how do I upload the local files which is in my Surface (win8 app OneNote) into SkyDrive?

This is for all of my skydrives regardless of versions as I use the PC, Office, Web, and WIndows 8 app
I cannot create a folder or upload files from either the web interface or the Skydrive app. I am running Win7 Pro and have not had this issue before on this machine.
