I was typing an abbreviation (HSA) in Windows Live Mail that auto corrected to HAS. How do I change the rule for this?
I had a rule enabled to delete all the emails of NewsLetters category after 10 days. I purchased 2 tickets from a website and both the tickets got deleted because of this rule. How can I recover the tickets? I will greatly appreciate any assistance on this.Those 2 tickets are very important and there is no other way to retrieve them.

I imported my Entourage 2004 POP rules into Outlook 2011. The rules are available in Outlook and they appear to be correct. Yet not a single incoming or outgoing rule is functional. What do I need to do to to obtain rule functionality? I have more
than 40 rules, so recreating each rule is a major problem.
