Execuse me,
   I can not access my skydrive account. I am seeing a warning that it was closed because of a violation of the Microsoft Terms of Use.
   And I have contacted the online safety team. They tell me that I was not  in violation of the Microsoft COC or TOU. And suggest me to contact  the technical support team.

We have received a recent request to reactivate your account, however, when we checked we noticed that your account does not appear to be closed. We have also reexamined the content and have determined that the files are not in violation of the Microsoft COC or TOU. If you are still unable to access the account there may be a technical issue with it. You can contact the technical support team athttp://answers.microsoft.com/en-us

 Starting from July 25 I'm not able to access the skydrive page of my live account, nor from web or apps.
I get a page about content violations, so I wrote to online safety team(see answer below), but they answered me everything is ok about contents and suggested me to write to this support team.

Could you please help me and unblock my skydrive access?

My  email account klcv@msn was locked. Microsoft On line safety team thinks that someone just kept typing her email address in error. May have had a very close email. If I have answered all the security questions and nothing seems wrong then why not give me my account back? I've had this emaila address since 1998. I cannot lose all my email because someone at microsoft is just being unrealistic. Not giving my account back has caused me to have to use my husbands email as the contact email and to use my Comcast account,. To date I have not received a valid reason to keep this account locked.
