I can not access my skydrive account. I am seeing a warning that it was closed because of a violation of the Microsoft Terms of Use.
And I have contacted the online safety team. They tell me that I was not in violation of the Microsoft
COC or TOU. And suggest me to contact the technical support team.
The oringinal reply from online safety team is as follows:

We have received a recent request to reactivate your account, however, when we checked we noticed that your account does not appear to be closed. We have also reexamined the content and have determined that the files are not in violation of the Microsoft COC or TOU. If you are still unable to access the account there may be a technical issue with it. You can contact the technical support team athttp://answers.microsoft.com/en-us
