Since November 26, 2012 I have been begging for help!!!!!!

 

I accidentally deleted my hotmail account.  Support said to set up a temporary account - did.  No one is addressing my problem and telling me next steps.

 

Please respond soon as I have had this account for over 15 years and use it for school and job hunting.  Please help me soon.

I get a regular email from my son's school every week. When I try to open it in Live Mail, I get a message that the email has caused Live Mail to shut down. It does not give me any reason why. I have my email account with AT&T. I can open this email fine through AT&T.
I am being driven mad. Many of my hotmail and messenger headings are in French. I cannot see any settings for France on my browsers settings or thru control panel. I hated French at school. Grrrrr. Pls help ...
When I tried to access my Hotmail account on my laptop, last week, I was asked to sign in as normal, but my password was not accepted. I went through the normal procedure to recover my account, but when I checked my place of residence was Morocco instead of the UK.
Since then I have been able to read my e-mails, but the page is displaying in French, the e-mails still appear in English.  Can someone please help me to change the basic page information back to English, as French was never my best subject at school.

Can anyone suggest what may have caused this problem, as I have been a Hotmail user for nearly 20 years, and I have never had a problem before.

I am unable to edit previously set up groups and I am unable to put contacts in a new group.  I work in a school and it is important to have contacts put into groups by grades.
I work for a school that uses an Exchange server for mail and calendars. I'm using Outlook 2011 and for some reason the calendar my principal shared with me doesn't show up in Outlook. It shows up in the web access version, but not when I use the actual application on my mac. When I try to open a calendar from him, it says I don't have permissions, but clearly I do because it's showing up in Outlook Web Access. Any suggestions?
It's been a few days and I've noticed I have not been receiving e-mails on my e-mail which is used primarily for school. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?
