Question about Outlook Express

security essential is in my  security center where the firewall is how do I take it out? its not in my control panel that means I have 2 securitys I cant delete it can you tell me how its been that way for almost a year and there is some thing blocking my hotmail I dont receive emails from people I email I know thats 2 questions but if you want me to go some where else I will.
