I've been receiving messages from the microsoft team (subject: Microsoft Account Security info confirmation) about someone with another email getting a security code and it's happened quite often with the same email. I change my passwords but still continues
and just today another message saying they've changed the phone number details. I go to update my security settings and aparently I can't access my security settings with my email and password but that of the one featured in the security code messages from
the micosoft team.
This is a dilemma! Anyone out there that can help me with some advice or processes to get my account security back into my own control. I have no idea whether it's a technical error or if someone really is trying to hack and steal my account.
