similar email address trying to change my security code

A hotmail address that is similar to mine is trying to change my security information. I am getting a security message about 5 times a day giving me a new code and referencing the wrong email address. I am now getting it in spanish.

I am not sure how this can happen and I need it to stop

When I was prompted to update my security info another person's email address that had been inputted.  I have changed the security information now and the system said that it would be updated in 30 days but I just thought don't Microsoft want to know about this (assumed) hacker's email address?  How do I tell them about it?

I can’t see my subscription information.

I've just tried to view my subscription information to check the credit card details are correct.

On signing in I needed to update my security information as the alternative email address was out of date.

I've changed it to a mobile number for future verification.

I can still sign in to my account, but can't get further than a message saying that it will be 30 days until the new security information takes effect and I can access the account.

How can I see my payment details in the next 30 days?

Hi there,

My account was hacked in April 2013 and I had no access to it since then. The security information was changed and I was unable to get access to it even through the form. I got back access through a manual validation process by the Microsoft Experts. However, I am unable to delete the security information of the hacker and I have to wait a month for that. Before the hacker gets back on the account again, I would like the IP address history of my account.

 I received a notification to my email account regarding security information of an account that has no relation to mine.  How can I somehow disassociate my email from this other account?

New hotmail security questionaire? Is this legitimate hotmail?

After logging into my hotmail account, a questionaire appeared entitled "We need to add some security information to your account", and asked for alternate email, telephone number, secret question answer. Is this legitimate hotmail?   I left it blank, hit "save" and it let me in.
