Need to un-block my Live account

I have a secondary account (Removed for security purposes) which is linked to my main Hotmail account and is the one I created my Live account on. The problem is in order to access my Xbox I'm now asked about a phone number I used a long time ago, a number that used to belong to my dad and I just can't remember what number that was.

I need my account to be unblocked so I can play again. I don't want to set up a new one because I need the data entered into that account. I've sent an e-mail to the Brazilian Microsoft support seeing as I'm from Brazil, but they won't even read my messages. My Xbox IP is (Removed for security purposes).

I'd appreciate the help.

Limited connectivity

For the last 3 or 4 days I have received error messages as shown below (please note, I have deleted my actual email address for security purposes). My Outlook will not sync and says "Limited Connectivity".

I can access all emails ok when logging in directly to my Hotmail account.

Microsoft customer services are unable to help and have suggested I post to this forum. It is a bit worrying when they cannot recommend how to resolve the problem so hopefully some technical expert out there can, please? In plain English would be a huge help please. Thank you

outlook email verification

I can no longer access my Outlook (formerly Hotmail) account.
This is because I am being asked for an alternative email address or phone number for security purposes, neither of which I am willing to provide as I do not believe they are safe with Outlook.
Is there any way i can access my emails without providing this intrusive information, as a large part of my life is tied up in them.

I have been trying to get help resolving the same problem for three days. I submitted a service ticket and got this response:

But I still cannot login to my email. I continue to get the same message, “It looks like the Terms of Use may have been violated. To have our support team look into this, please click the support link below.”

Outlook.com required security info change

Microsoft Outlook.com is forcing a change regarding security info for Outlook.com email, which I will supply. However, the old email address I had is no longer valid. When I click that I no longer have that email address, it won't let me enter in another email address for security purposes, it only wants a phone number. I am deaf and don't use a phone. How can I get the security info changed to another valid email address instead?

Hello there im posting this cause my xbox account under the gamer tag (removed for security purposes)

This is the second time I ask for help Outlook.com ..

Already made a request for help on the forum in Portuguese-Brazil, but they have not solved anything!

The email account of my wife (removed for security purposes) appears as nonexistent. When trying to access e-mail message appears as if it never existed the electronic address.

I am writing this email through this forum because it can not even access the forum or outlook.com hotmail.com or microsoft.copm with her data.

I hope someone find out what is happening. It is an email account used to work.

* I'm using a translator to be able to post in this forum.

I accidentally permanently deleted an email containing a VERY important file (Legal Document)....I have already tried the "Recover Deleted Messages". but it only pulls up the past month and I need to go further back. PLEASE HELP ME, I really, really need to find this document.

I just responded to a pop up thingy that advised me to always use httpsomthing for security purposes. I followed the prompts and now my hotmail starts with a big blank area surrounded with red options that don't work. Scrolling down I find my recent emails, in red, and I can't open them or click on anything that works. Now that's security!

Msn is blocking way too many emails that I want to get. I do I turb OFF the junk mail filter?
