i tried the account recovery form so many times before, but it did not work because i don't know the security question..
the person who hacked my account, he changed the password and the security question and that's why every-time
i try to recover my account it doesn't recover.. but i know all the other questions and all information about my email,, and i also remember my other security question, and the last time i logged in to my account..
My hotmail account has been blocked for seven days. I have phoned, posted submitted the form five times, still no access just directed to more forms.
The form does not ask my security question and says the information provided is not adequate but I have checked email addresses with family and friends. I think it may be because I had to change my alternative email address, I set up this account about
ten years ago and I cant remember it.
It seems that because this is a free account there is no personal support it is all automated.
I don't know what to do, this is my work, I've lost it all.
Microsoft sent a link to my email of a reset password.
That was weird.... I never clicked on reset my password, so I ignored it.
Got another one saying click here to remove account.

Keep in mind I was receiving these emails on my blackberry.
At this point I wanted to play it safe so I did and reset my password using a different link from the sign in homepage.
Tried to sign in with my new password, it would not work... the security questions has been changed, tried to reset it using my alternative email... but that's been changed aswell(security question and password).
Tried to fill out as much information as I could on the alternative way of resetting password, they said I do not have enough information to have someone help me, even though I filled out every single questions except for the junk emails and credit card because I dont remember them and dont have a credit card and all the informations are accurate because I have them in my blackberry.
Now I only can send and receive emails from my blackberry, I dont have the access to both of my email address on my desktop.
I have a problem with my account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Somebody probably hacked it, i cannot access it and he/she changed the security question to other languages. what can i do? please help
this is a repost as Microsoft support is TERRIBLE and only give robitic answers from people with fake names like "ralph"

Getting on live chat several times. Then I get an email asking for me to just open a new account. I have had this account since 1999 and i have hundreds of accounts lined to this hotmail. i want to change my security question because some one tried twice to change my password due to week security question...i tried the way explaind in comunity but i couldnt find the options.
I can't access my Hotmail account. I am pretty sure my account has been hacked. When I tried logging in using my password but tried too many times and failed. I have never had issues before. Now I am blocked from it. I have tried to reset my password using
other options. The security question is "Default security question?", which I am assuming is there because I never picked a security question. I don't know the answer to it. I have tried to recover it using the survey option and it says it can't verify me.
I have called tech support several times and they gave me all the same spill and have gotten no where. To add to the mess this account is linked to my Xbox live account which now I can't get on to because I have to pass a security check. I can't access any

Hi there ..I opened my email this morning , but my password did not work (triple checked) .. So I changed it via security question however when I entered the new one the window opened but the user name is different and it has one email from Outlook (welcome)
as if it is a new account . I have online PC support however the tech gave no answers other than we can configure the email for security , they also stated that I deleted all my OWN emails (born yesterday).. I'm am exausted with frustration ... Can anyone
