Mass undeletable folders

In the mail client for windows live, how do you mass delete the entire contents, or contents prior to a particular date, etc without having to delete every message one a time?

And why doesn't your organization publish sensible detailed instructions on how to use your products? Does it have to do with job security?

email sent four times not showing in sent file

continued to click send on bulk email because it not show up in sent file but it went out four times and still not in sent file. how do i find and delete the email

I received approximately 20 emails over the last 30 minutes that were all from

**Removed for Privacy** and **Removed for Privacy**.   They all said

 

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

 

Delivery to the following recipients failed and then if i clicked on the attachment they were spam emails.  i changed my hotmail password and security question, and also changed my spam filter to receive only email addresses from people in my address book.  it seemed to stop.  Wondering what if anything else i should do to stop this from happening again, other than changing my password every 30 days. 

I forgot my windows live password sercurity answer and the email my account is linked to no longer exist

my windows live account is probably over 10 years old I never had to use my windows id before but recently i wanted to join
a clan but cannot link my account because i forgot my windows live password and security question answer........also the
email i linked the account to no longer exist.....I've already tired filling out a recovery report multiple times but i do not know
enough  information to fill it out i really need help 

I used microsoft security software, but no avail, my hotmail send out e-mail and I can`t stop it. I check for root kits, malware and trojans, found nothing

I get other people e-mail that meant for someone else, not in my household.  My computer is sending out e-mail to company and retails that I do business,  but I am not the one that sending it out.  I used Microsoft security essentials, Sophos`s root kits and malware- free.  I can`t stop it.  But may think the one link is the e-mail I am get it from is the guy Hotmail.  I think maybe he is the problem or he been hacked and does not know it.  But right now I want to stop it from e-mailing from my computer.
