We have a standardized HTML signature with graphics that we use in Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2011.  It is also used with Thunderbird by our Linux users.

In Outlook 2007 or 2010 the graphics in a signature on a new message or a reply are set to Content-Disposition: inline.

A new message from Outlook 2011 is ok with its signature graphics set to Content-Disposition: inline.

A reply from Outlook 2011 sets the signature graphics of the sender to Content-Disposition: inline but changes all previous images in the message thread to Content-Disposition: attachment.

When this behavior occurs it breaks all inline graphics, both signatures and quoted text. The only graphics this does not occur to are those in the reply body of the message thread.   If Outlook 2007 or 2010 for Windows exhibited similar behavior I wouldn't feel like Outlook 2011 had a problem, but it is not emulating its Win32 counterparts.

When I originally began testing this issue I was looking solely at the signature and graphics within, but after extensive testing this bug applies to all inline graphics in a message thread. This problem has to be affecting all Outlook 2011 users who have images in message threads.
why is the block sender feature --not working?
Theoretically--the system deletes--the blocked email address before it enters the in-box

I tested this with a second email that I have---

  • I clicked Options--
  • went to Safe and Blocked Senders
  • Added the second email to the BLOCKED SENDERS LIST---
  • Tested it by sending myself an email using the second email that was added ot the blocked list

-- it still came through in the inbox--twice! What can I do to block

I'm trying to view Bcc recipients of an email I previously sent.  Is there an option that will allow me/the sender to view them after the message has been sent?
How can I set up, that emails from a certain sender address will be directly stored in a subfolder? I receive around 50 emails a day, around 15 arrive from one, to keep the overview, I would like to install that emails from this sender will be directed to a subfolder - How can I set up this service?
Thanks ik

Junk emails are sending with my email address to my sender's email addresses.

The email contents are usually linked web address.

How can I provent this problem.

I am not getting mails from site like rechargeitnow.com. The main problem here is I have forgot my recharge it now account. So when I am trying the forgot password then it is sending the temporary password to my hotmail but I am not able to get the mail in my mail box. Even if not in junk folder.
Like in the microsoft office for PC, when you receive a meeting request with a time that you are busy, in outlook pc you have the option to propose a different time when you reply to the sender and with Outlook mac 2011 up to date I can't find it.

Best regards,
i have recieved a email from this sender 5#@new-ps-server-root-188.203.226.233 ourh0st.wlive.co.uk and they said hotmail could not verify my account and they said i have to verify my account and they had a link for me to click i am very suspicious about this email and im wondering who i can ask to verify who its from and can someone tell me who i can report this to?
I have recently received several emails from 'Windows Live Team', sender being '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' asking me to verify whether I have requested for a password reset (which I have not).  There are two links provided for answer 'yes' and 'no' (which I have not dared to touch).  Is this spam or genuine?

Thanks!

What is the difference between adding a sender to the blocked senders list and adding a senders domain to the blocked senders list?

If I do the above is it only for one  e-mail address or all my e-mail addresses.
