In Outlook, I was able to sort all emails by senders (from). Windows live does not do this very well at all. Can you please show me a way to do this? I'd like to be able to sort by From, then right-click the heading and delete all the messages there,
as I used to be able to in Outlook. Alternately, is it possible to highlight all my emails (Control + A), but then somehow just Un-Highlight the ones I wish to keep?
How do I remove names and address of the senders from emails that have been forwarded to me before I forward them
Mac 2011 Outlook client is adding blocked email address to its blocked list but (1) it is not blocking emails from email addresses saved in the client blocked senders list and (2) the Outlook client blocked senders list is not being synced with Exchange. If I use Outlook web everything works properly.
I added e-mail addresses to the blocked senders list. Now that Hotmail has updated their website, I am unable to move blocked senders to the safe senders list. Please help.
In the "Blocked Senders" dialog, where sender emails or domain names can be entered in a comma-delimited format for blocking - do partial entries work or will Outlook only block if the entry is a full email or fully qualified domain name? For instance,
if I enter "rasberryketone,*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" in this box, will any sender with "rasberryketone" in their email address or domain name be blocked?
Hi
I have the same problems as others here in the forum with illegal entries in the safe senders list in hotmail, which I now cannot remove.
I hope that you can help me.
Looking forward to hear from you.
