From previous questions the answers provided request the email address impacted via a private message as well as a back end fix. 

I have tried several times to removal my email account from Windows Mail and then add it back, this does not solve the problem.  I am still able to send/receive email from outlook.com as well as my iphone.

There are 3 send messages in my outlook that keep going thru the send routine.  It repeats every time send/receive occurs.  I cannot find a way to stop this from happening.  The three messages are not in my outbox, nor anywhere else.  So I can't delete it.  Every time it tries to send I get an error message that says the following:  5.3.4 [D1] Message exceeds maximum size limits.  I have done everything (except the right thing) to stop this over and over again occurrence!!  Please Help!!!
Using Outlook ver 14.3.8 (130913) and OS 10.6.8

I have 3 mail accounts that are in my drop down menu of inbox but after pressing Send/Receive all the subfolders disappear and I am left with one inbox that is my gmail account.

The other 2 accounts are exchange accounts - Another co-worker has a similar setup but is not experiencing this issue.

Has anyone had this issue and if so, solution??
Environment:
We have 2 users that do not get new mails automatically with Outlook 2011 for Mac. They have the latest version of Office 2011 for Mac and we recently migrated to Exchange 2013 on the server side. The problem appeared around the same dates. 

We do not know if it is related, because we did the test with their account on Windows Outlook 2013 client and everything is working fine, plus I personally use outlook for Mac and do not have this problem.

The only thing they have in common and I do not have is huge inboxes. One of them over 7000 mails.

Problem:
They do not get new mails unless they click SEND/RECEIVE. The workaround right now is to plan a SEND/RECEIVE every 5min. 

Done:
Already tried to flush the local cache and rebuild the Office Main Identity database. They do want to have a cached mailbox (not headers only).

Question:
If someone have any clue about what may cause this problem, please respond.
I'm trying to set up my outlook office to connect to outlook.com e mail account but the error below exist.. Can you please help me solve my problem. Your help will be very much appreciated. Thanks.

I know how this happened, but I don't know how to fix it.  I tried to send a large file that got stuck in Outbox.  I was able to go offline and remove that from the Outbox, but now my Send/Receive progress bar sits at 80% and hangs there--forever!--without completing.  When I go into the details, it tells me that my profile is "completing" but it never does.
